Les OPCO (Op\u00e9rateurs de Comp\u00e9tences)<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"\" data-start=\"382\" data-end=\"652\">Les formations en QVCT et en pr\u00e9vention des RPS peuvent \u00eatre prises en charge par votre OPCO, en fonction de votre branche professionnelle. Les OPCO financent la formation continue des salari\u00e9s et encouragent les d\u00e9marches visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail.<\/p><ul data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"930\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"803\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"803\"><strong data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"669\">Exemple :<\/strong> Si vous souhaitez former vos managers \u00e0 la gestion du stress et des conflits, votre OPCO peut financer tout ou partie du programme.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"930\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"930\"><strong data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"820\">D\u00e9marche :<\/strong> Il suffit de monter un dossier en justifiant le lien entre la formation et les besoins de votre entreprise.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"997\"><strong data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"995\">2. Les dispositifs sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des RPS<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"\" data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1150\">Certaines branches professionnelles ou r\u00e9gimes sp\u00e9cifiques pr\u00e9voient des aides pour les entreprises engag\u00e9es dans la pr\u00e9vention des RPS. Par exemple :<\/p><ul data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1441\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1307\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1307\"><strong data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1237\">Le Fonds National de Pr\u00e9vention (FNP) de la Caisse Nationale d\u2019Assurance Maladie<\/strong> peut financer des actions de pr\u00e9vention des risques professionnels.<\/p><\/li><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1441\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1441\"><strong data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1348\">Les subventions pr\u00e9vention TPE\/PME<\/strong> de l\u2019Assurance Maladie peuvent couvrir des formations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale au travail.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1497\"><strong data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1495\">3. Le Plan de D\u00e9veloppement des Comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1680\">Les entreprises peuvent int\u00e9grer la formation en QVCT dans leur <strong data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1603\">Plan de D\u00e9veloppement des Comp\u00e9tences<\/strong>, ce qui leur permet de la financer dans le cadre de la formation continue.<\/p><ul data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1848\"><li class=\"\" data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1848\"><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1848\"><strong data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1698\">Avantage :<\/strong> Cela permet d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences des salari\u00e9s tout en r\u00e9pondant aux obligations l\u00e9gales en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention des risques professionnels.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"1850\" data-end=\"1905\"><strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1903\">4. Les financements r\u00e9gionaux et P\u00f4le Emploi<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"2172\">Certaines r\u00e9gions proposent des aides aux entreprises pour financer la formation de leurs salari\u00e9s sur des th\u00e9matiques comme le bien-\u00eatre au travail.
